The Opportunity
The Laudi Group is looking for a recruiter with a passion for the technology industry and the desire to work with the top recruiters in the sector.

Our hybrid approach to executive search and recruitment involves serving all the talent requirements of an emerging tech company. As a member of our team, you will recruit at all levels and functions of a growing company. It’s an exciting learning curve where you’ll learn a great deal about the business of software. But that’s just half of it. You’ll also learn to recognize great talent and see the intangibles that lead to greatness.

For the first year or so, you’ll spend your time recruiting top performers in sales and marketing, as well as software leaders and innovators. This includes targeting the right talent and pitching these individuals on the merits of a career with our clients. Over time, you’ll be assigned to managing clients and helping them understand the market and the challenges of attracting great people who are gainfully employed. Laudi recruiters are expected to produce quality results that exceed client expectations in terms of quality-of-talent, time-to-fill and most importantly, return-on-investment.

An Extra Asset
Red Canary, an online technology magazine that is owned and operated by The Laudi Group, is constantly attracting talented individuals, both passively through readership and actively through targeted email campaigns. Red Canary brings hard-to-find talent right to you. You’ll use visitor data to pinpoint and communicate with the kind of people who will never post a resume on Workopolis, Monster and the others…

About You
You have at least 3 years recruiting experience. Working in technology is a nice-to-have. You are as comfortable with the detail-oriented aspects of recruiting – documenting candidates, researching client companies, and staying abreast of the industry – as you are with the interpersonal requirements: pre-screening, networking, and face-to-face conversations with both candidates and clients.
