What You Will Do
Business Analysis:
- Monitoring, reporting and analysis of core online financial, operational and website metrics (weekly/ monthly/ quarterly, yearly)
- Category level reporting, analysis and insights to help drive merchandising and marketing efforts and business decisions
- Contribute to the development of the online P&L, as well as budget planning and monitoring as required
- Support senior management and others with all core and ad hoc analysis for the business
- Develop benefits cases for online projects as part of the product prioritization process
- Manage and further develop web our analytics capabilities and KPI reporting
- Support merchandising and marketing teams with the necessary assistance with reporting and analysis to prioritize their efforts
- Assist the Marketing team with tracking and budgeting online marketing efforts

Education & Work/Life Experience
- MBA (or quantitative field) or business degree preferred
- 2-5 years in a relevant field
- Exceptional passion for the Consumer Internet
- You are a motivated and dynamic person who lives and breathes web analytics.
- Strong analytical background demonstrating an ability to collect data, analyze trends, draw conclusions and make recommendations
- Experience or familiarity with managing a P&L is an asset
- Experience or familiarity in developing business cases for projects is an asset
- Web analytics experience an asset
- Technology savvy: advanced MS Excel required, SQL
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in report writing, utilizing tools such as: Crystal Reports or Business Objects.
