The Opportunity
Empathica must practice what they preach – tracking and improving the client experience! Reporting to the VP of Client Strategy & Development, you will join this mission critical team as a Consultant and take responsibility for thought-leadership and execution of client engagement strategy. Coordinating with account managers on a regular basis will help you identify revenue growth opportunities from existing clients, and you might assist with sales proposals and presentations. You’ll “jet set” to a variety of client sites, build strategic plans for client satisfaction, and focus on maintaining and improving customer relationships.

Who Should Apply
You are a charismatic problem solver who has worked with farming and client relations for a few years. You like to travel and have solid understanding of the hospitality & retail industries. You have experience driving client satisfaction, improving retention, and are strong with market research tools and analysis. Presentation skills are a must, and you have a proven record of up-selling to key accounts. If you bring creativity, personality, and innovation to everything that you do, then this is just might be your calling!
