Kik Interactive is a venture-backed startup in Waterloo, Ontario developing products in the mobile space. We’re looking for an On-line Customer Support Associate to help Kik users get the most out of Kik Messenger and Clik, and support the awesome Kik online community all over the world.
You’ll be providing online technical support to Kik and Clik users through the tools in place today.
You’ll respond to and track inquiries from law enforcement
You’ll work with the development team to get the right answers for users, make sure new app releases go smoothly, and report bugs or user issues.
You’ll offer recommendations for improvements to Kik’s products and the support tools.
You’re ready to jump into a start-up, and are a passionate, energetic, flexible self-starter
You’re comfortable in a fast-paced, loose structured, ever-changing environment
You’re immersed in the world of technology, specifically the world of mobile application technology – you want to be part of the Smartphone revolution!
You can explain technical concepts to anyone in a simple but comprehensive way. You probably have some technical background.
You’re a great writer and a great communicator, with personality to spare.
You love solving problems and making customers happy.
You’re used to providing online support, and handling a wide variety of different types of inquiries and issues from a wide variety of people.
A post- secondary degree or diploma in a related discipline
Strong knowledge of HTML, WordPress and CSS
Experience in dealing with law enforcement inquiries would be a strong asset
