Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for bringing products to market and delivering results.
- Identify market opportunities, formulate product strategies and long-term roadmaps, analyze detailed requirements and be deeply involved in design and development process.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external clients to communicate and evangelize product roadmaps.
- Recognize new technology trends and how they may impact the Reward Currencies business.
- Define all aspects of product requirements and specifications, including information architecture, UI/Design (working with creative), and usability testing.
- Work closely with engineering and QA to build, test, release, and measure all product initiatives.
- Manage daily Scrum meetings with engineering; facilitate a fast-moving, iterative, agile approach to development.
- Manage project timelines, scope, milestones, and prioritization.
Who Should Apply
- Solid understanding of software product lifecycles for multi-stage long-term strategic initiatives for enterprise software or web-based products.
- Strong background or familiarity with eCommerce, internet technology, social media, search technologies or related areas.
- A working understanding of mobile application development and the mobile space in general.
- Hands-on experience with B2B client interfacing for requirements analysis, competitive research, developing multi-phase feature roadmaps, granular feature prioritization, detailed feature design and documentation of product/functional requirement specifications.
- Track record of developing elegant and simple feature functionalities delivered through world-class user experiences.
- Successful collaboration with top-tier engineering and product organizations, and proven ability to work with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, business management and customer care.
- Strong working knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
- Ability to navigate conflicting priorities in a fast-changing environment.
- Computer Science or Business Background with a technology focus.
- Minimum 8 years experience in the technology industry, preferably in product management, with a consistently strong track record of increasing responsibilities and successes. Software development experience is a plus.
